Breakfast Club
Manor Field Breakfast Club is held every school day morning during the school term in the classroom at the front of the school building.
We open our doors at 7.45 am and deliver your child to their teachers at the start of the school day. The Breakfast club is for pupils at Manor Field Infant School and St. Mary’s Junior School. Pupils from St Mary’s are escorted across the field by a staff member from Manor Field. There is a wonderful family atmosphere with conversation and fun activities. The current cost for breakfast club is £4.00 per session.
The aim of the Manor Field Breakfast club is to provide a safe secure environment where pupils are provided with a healthy hot or cold breakfast.
By opening earlier in the school day parents will be able to take up education and employment opportunities. The pupils, as well as starting the day with a healthy meal, develop their interpersonal social skills in a calm and relaxed manner preparing them for a day of learning.
We are excited to be able share with you that we have decided to modernise the way we administer the breakfast club with the implementation of an online booking system called Magic Booking. This will replace the current system of parent’s emailing or calling to book a space and will be much more efficient for everyone. Parents and Carers will have control of making and cancelling their own bookings. Bookings can be made half termly in advance and the booking for the following half term will be open just before the end of the current half term.
Places are limited and subject to availability, first come, first served so if your child attends regularly, please create an account and book your child in as soon as possible. The system can be used as soon as you create your child’s account but we will still accept email bookings until Friday 26th May. From Monday 5th June we will only accept online bookings via Magic Booking.
To create an account go to https://manorfield.magicbooking.co.uk. Click the button ‘Create an account’, you can use the Help? Section on the top right-hand side of the website and follow the process described in the relevant sections. It takes 5 to 10 minutes to create your account.
Payment will need to be made at the time of booking for that half term. Should you wish to cancel a booking prior to the cut off time (8 hours prior) then you will receive a credit to your account. If your child is ill on the day of the booking, please email the breakfast club on breakfastclub@manorfield.org to let us know so we can update the register.
Childcare vouchers will still be accepted and you can choose which vouchers you use when you create your account. Once you have created an account for your child if you use vouchers to pay for Breakfast Club, please let us know and we will amend the payment terms for your account.
